Dashboard contains Turnovers for month before today’s date in different currencies. The results are presented in the summary tables and charts. The summary results for Wallets are presented in a separate table at the page.
The first page is merchant Dashboard. From here you can always go to any of the 4 choices below: Reports, Customers, Wallets, Transactions. Each page is always accessible via the tabs on the top.

Reports
Go to Reports to view the Statistics or Reports. Statistics report shows all transactions from start date to current date. On the page Reports it is possible to create your own report.

By selecting ‘Statistics’ you get redirected to the page below. By default, Statistics report shows all transactions from start date to current date with statuses Paid, Reversed, Refunded, Chargeback.
Note:
- You can filter the report by Day, Merchant, Currency, Status and Payment System.
At the bottom of the page you can see the total summary of each column for the whole period. Use pagination to navigate to another page of the report.
- It is possible to sort the fields Day, Merchant, Currency, Status, Payment System. To sort the fields in ascending order, click on the name of the Column. Click again to sort in descending order.

The table on the page contains the columns below.
To filter the values on the page Statistics:
- For fields Merchant, Currency, Status, Payment System – select value from dropdown menu.
- For field Day – select value from Calendar.
Transactions are sorted by date from the most resent by default. To sort the fields below (Day, Merchant, Currency, Status, Payment System) in ascending order click on the name of the Column. Click again to sort in descending order.

By selecting ‘Reports’ you get redirected to the page below. The displayed table shows already created reports.
On the Reports page you can create Account Report.
Reports table contains the columns below.
Note 1: Once the report is created, the message ‘The report for merchant XXX for dates: XXX – XXX will be created and sent to email XXX’.
Note 2: The created file will be saved to the table ‘Reports’ in the column ‘File name’ in ‘.pdf’ document. To download the document, click on the name of the file.

Account report contains 4 tables with the columns below.
The first table show Merchant information.
The 3d table shows the sums of transactions and commissions during the day.
The second table shows the total sums of transactions and commissions for selected period. See below.
The last table shows the total sums of transactions below for all currencies with commission and the total sums of commissions for selected period.

The dropdown menu under the tab ‘Transactions’ allows you to open:
- Payin Transactions,
- Redemption transactions,
- Return Pain Transactions,
- Disputes.
The table containing Payin Transactions will be displayed.
Note:
- It is possible to filter the displayed data.
- It is possible to sort the data by ID, Order Id, Amount, Currency, Status, Sendbox, Time Create, Time result.
- It is possible to export the table.
Payin Transactions table contains the fields below.

Transactions are sorted by date from the most resent by default. To sort the fields below (ID, Order Id/Transaction*, Amount, Currency, Status, Sendbox, Time create and Time Result) in ascending order click on the name of the Column. Click again to sort in descending order.
To filter the values:
- For fields ID, Order ID/Transaction Customer, Amount - enter value and press enter. All items containing entered value will be displayed.
- For fields Merchant, Currency, Type*, Status, Sendbox – select value from dropdown menu.
- For fields Time Create, Time Result – select value from Calendar.

Payin Transaction in View Mode contain 3 tabs:
- Information
- Returns
- Disputes
Tab Information contains additional Information, Amounts, Customer, Permanent tokens and Recurring profile, Bankcard, Time stamps:
To view Returns to transaction, open the tab ‘Returns’. There is a counter of Returns next to tab name.
To view Disputes to transaction, open the tab ‘Disputes’. There is a counter of Disputes next to tab name.

The table containing Return Payin Transactions will be displayed.
Note:
- It is possible to filter and sort displayed data (See ‘How to filter and sort transactions’).
- It is possible to export the table.
Return Payin Transactions table contains the fields below.
Single return payin transaction will be displayed.
Return Payin Transaction in view mode contains additional Information, Amounts, Customer and Timestamps:
The table containing Redemption Transactions will be displayed.
Note:
- It is possible to filter the displayed data by: Merchant, Date from, Date to, Currency, Type, Error
- It is possible to find exact ID, Time create
- It is possible to sort by ID, Currency, Type, Time Create
The table contains the columns below.
Single redemption transaction will be displayed. There are two types of redemption transactions:
- Period redemption transaction
- Fixed redemption transaction
Period redemption transaction will be displayed.
In view mode period redemption transaction contains the fields below.
Fixed redemption transaction will be displayed.
In view mode fixed redemption transaction contains the fields below.

The table containing Disputes will be displayed.
Note:

- It is possible to filter the displayed data by: Merchant, Currency, Status, Time Create.

- It is possible to find exact ID, Transaction, Payment System Dispute Id, Penalties Sum, Reason Code, Description.

- It is possible to export the table.
The table ‘Disputes’ contains the fields below:

Single dispute will be displayed.
Dispute in view mode contain additional information about Penalties and Chargebacks.
- Merchant Won – Dispute Amount has been returned to merchant
There are 3 possible statuses of dispute.
- In progress – Dispute has been initiated
- Merchant Lost - Dispute amount and Penalties Sum have been withdrawn.

- It is possible to filter the displayed data by: Merchant, Currency.

*Note: ‘Available balance’ minus ‘Unblocked rolling reserve’ shows the sum available for fixed payout.

From here you can open Blocked rolling reserve and Unblocked rolling reserve tables. Click on the reserve amount to view the table.
Blocked rolling reserve table will be displayed.
Single Wallet will be displayed.
Unblocked rolling reserve table will be displayed.

- It is possible to filter the displayed data by Merchant.

- It is possible to open single item.

- It is possible to update item.

There are several ways to view single Customer.
a. From the list of Customers on ‘Customer’ tab:

After logging in to the Merchant Account with User ID and password:
Select the menu heading entitled: ‘Customer’.
Press ‘Update’ icon in the column ‘Actions’.
b. From the list of Payin Transactions (See ‘How to view Payin Transactions’ and Return Payin Transactions (See ‘How to view Return Payin Transactions’):
c. From the single Payin Transaction (See ‘View single payin transaction’) or single Return Payin Transaction (See ‘View single Return Payin Transaction’):
Single customer will be opened with option to turn on/off sending notification of payment status.
2. Tick a box to Send notification of payment status.
3. Press ‘Update’ button.
1. To turn on/off sending notifications open Customer card (see ‘View single Customer’) and press ‘Update’ button.
After updating the single customer card will be opened in view mode. The value in the field ‘Notification’ will be changed to ‘Yes’.
2. Remove the tick to stop sending notifications.
3. Press ‘Update’ button.
Sending notifications will be canceled.
1. Open Customer (see ‘View single Customer’) and press ‘Update’ button.
After updating the single customer card will be opened in view mode. The value in the field ‘Notification’ will be changed to ‘No’.

Note: If you are not active in your account you will be logged out automatically.
